Classroom: Pajaritos
Blog Theme: Choo Choo Train
Week: From January 13th, 2020 to January 17th,
2020
What we are learning?
Dear Parents,
We hope you all have a great week. This week we will continue learning
about the topic called “Choo Choo Train.” Children had so much fun last week
while playing with cars, trains and trucks, that we will continue exploring and
discovering interesting facts about ground transport through playing and
observation.
Through practical actions, we keep enlightening kids about how we commute
from one place to another. We will also continue working on the motor and sensorial
activities related to this topic so children can continue learning through fun
experiences while keeping strengthening gross and fine motor skills, language
and socio-emotional skills. Below you can find a summary of all activities
during the week:
·
Play with cars, airplanes, and ships.
·
Listen to songs related to the theme while
looking at flashcards of several types of means of transportation.
·
Dance using scarves of different colors.
·
Paint plastic bottles with different colors.
·
Engage in jumping into circles drawn on the
floor.
·
Listen to onomatopoeic sounds of different means
of transportation and try to imitate them
Thank you for letting us play such an essential role in your child’s life
and we hope you have a great weekend.
