Let´s Celebrate

Classroom: Pajaritos

Blog Theme: Let´s Celebrate

Week: November 25th, 2019 to November 29th, 2019

What are we learning?

Dear Parents,
We hope you have a wonderful week. Our Thanksgiving celebration is taking place this week and we will be starting a new topic “Let’s celebrate.” Children will explore several Holiday traditions and they will learn about how every people celebrate the holidays.
Through practical actions, we keep enlightening kids about the significance of holiday traditions. We have scheduled exciting activities related to this theme so children can continue learning through fun experiences. Each one of these activities will help to continue strengthening gross and fine motor skills, language and socio-emotional skills. Below you can find a summary of all activities during the week:

  • Observe flashcards related to holiday celebrations.
  • Listen to the song of the week while playing maracas and learn the concept of up and down.
  • Explore objects that are green and red colors which are colors that are traditionally associated with Christmas through play.
  • Play with green and red ribbons while listening to Christmas Carols and trying to crawl to the rhythm of the songs.

Thank you for letting us play such an essential role in your child’s life and we hope you have a great weekend.
